They are very cute in person, the zebra pattern material is a satiny material with lace accents. The ankle strap is a little annoying in that the elastic section neat eh buckle seems to like to spin around and get bound up in the band that connects it to the shoe, other than that, so far so good, they are cute, they have added a new thicker insole pad that feels pretty good for a shoe with this kind of hight I expected them to be far more uncomfortable but was pleasantly surprised.
