They are very comfortable and I think I could wear them all day. My feet are size 9M and the width on these shoes is perfect. I originally bought them in a 39.0, but I like the extra length of the 39.5. I think the decision whether to go up a half size depends on how you like your shoes to fit. I don't like to feel as if my feet are just fitting the length of the shoe. The color is a great neutral that can go with any color. I love them and plan to wear them out this summer!
